Title: Research Technologist II

Role: Provide Research Program Support for the College of Computing (CoC).

Responsibilities:

• Provide generalized support in TSO for Research Customers including Research Centers, Labs and Groups
• Support research infrastructure including labs, other research assets (research servers, laptops, desktops, clusters, networks)
• Primary attention on support Computer Science (CS) and Robotics/RIM customers and lab areas.
• Encourage technical best practices for researchers
• Develop and support research-related servers, collaboration services, web programming technologies
• Develop and maintain managed OS deployment technologies
