Select Microsoft Exchange and click Next.
g. Type in the information as it appears below, substituting the appropriate User Name. Don’t click Check Name! Instead click More Settings.

i. Click the Connection Tab. Click Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP and then Exchange Proxy Settings.
j. Enter information as below and click OK twice. Under Outlook 2003, the wording will be different, but there are still 4 checkboxes and 2 text fields. Check them all and fill the fields out as shown below.
k. Click Check Name to make sure it can resolve the User Name. If it can’t, go back through these instructions to make sure you didn’t miss something. Once it can resolve the name, click Next.
l. Click Finish.

m. Set the GTRI Outlook profile to be your default profile by clicking the Always use this profile radio button and selecting it from the dropdown list.
n. Now, just open up Outlook. You shouldn’t be prompted if you’re logged into the CC domain, but if you receive a login prompt, log in using:
Username: cc\ab123 (where ab123 is your CC AD username)
Password: Whatever your CC AD password is.
