You can access the Barracuda Quarantine with the following URL:

You will need to replace username with your CoC account name (i.e. the account used to access CoC resources).  Then, at the login page, type username@cocmail.gtri.org (again substituting your CoC account name for username) in the Username field and click Create New Password. Shortly after that, you should receive an email containing a password, as well as a direct link.  When entering your email address in the login page, it may try to auto-complete with username@cc.gatech.edu - that doesn't work, you have to type username@cocmail.gtri.org.
