How do I configure Apple Mail (OS X 10.6) to use Exchange?

With the release of Snow Leopard (Osx 10.6) Apple has added Microsoft Exchange support to Mail.app.
Below are the instructions for adding a coc exchange account.

1. Open Mail.app and click on File, then Add account.

2. Fill out your CoC email address and password.

3. Click continue and create account. Mail will automatically find the exchange server and download your mail.
