How do I make messages sent from my OIT Zimbra account look like they're coming from a CC address?


  1. Log into your OIT Zimbra account at mail.gatech.edu.
  2. Click the Preferences tab and then the Accounts tab.
  3. Under the Primary Account Settings section, there is a section where you can choose the name that appears in the "From" field of email messages.  Type in the name that you want to appear and from the drop-down box to the right of that, select the email address that you want displayed.
    1. If you do not see your CoC email address in the list of choices, you will need to have an alias added to your mage account.  You may contact either the TSO Help Desk or the OIT Help Desk.  Contact information is available here:  http://support.cc.gatech.edu/services/helpdesk
