WHAT HAPPENED?
There is an on-going service interruption of DWPROD, MPROD, FISCH3, FPRPROD, IAMPROD, MPROD, PRODBOB.


WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
Since 7:00 AM, Tuesday, April 2, 2013.


WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
The primary database server hosting the Data Warehouse, M-Series, Business Objects Reporting, and Identity Access Mgt is currently unavailable.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
All users of services supported by DWPROD, MPROD, FISCH3, FPRPROD, IAMPROD, MPROD, PRODBOB databases are  impacted.  This includes the following services:

Affected services:
Buzzport Channels may be affected
CIOS - Course Instructor Opinion Survey
Coldfusion applications
Crystal reports users using local workstation instances
Footprints
OSP - Sponsored Projects Services
Reports.Gatech reports
TMA - Housing work order system
WREK - Radio


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No.  OIT system engineers are working to resolve the problems.
