WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
TSO routine system patching.


WHO IS AFFECTED?
CoC faculty and grad students whose home directories reside on the filesystems listed below.  Users of the printhost.cc.gatech.edu print server.  Users attempting to use the mailing lists on mailman.cc.gatech.edu.  Users backing up or restoring data with the CoC CCB CrashPlan server.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Affected users should save their work prior to the maintenance period and be prepared for service interruption during the maintenance window.  Users should avoid sending mail to Mailman mailing lists during the maintenance period.  Mail sent to mailman lists during the maintenance period will not be queued and will need to be resent.  Any manual backup or restore jobs with the CCB CrashPlan server that have not finished before the maintenance will need to be restarted after the maintenance period.
