WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
The Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (MBAM) client installed on many computers received a malformed definition update on January 27, 2018 that causes the MBAM client to block internet access.  More information can be found at the following sites.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of Windows computers running the MBAM client.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Affected users with admin access can attempt the instructions at the first site linked above.  Affected users without admin access should please contact the TSO Help Desk for assistance.
