WHAT'S HAPPENING?
OIT will replace the LAWN certificate.


WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
At 5:00 AM on Thursday, April 19, 2018.


WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
The existing certificate expires on April 24.


WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of eduroam and GTwifi.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Some Android, iOS, and Windows clients will not alert users as to the change and will not reconnect to the affected networks after the update.  Those users whose devices will not reconnect will need to forget/delete the old Wi-Fi network and reconfigure Wi-Fi.  As GTwifi is slated to be retired this summer, affected users are encouraged to switch to eduroam.  Instructions are available at http://lawn.gatech.edu/help/eduroam/
