It went offline at approximately 9:45 PM, Monday, November 9. It was brought back online at approximately 11:30 PM, November 9, 2009.

WHY DID IT HAPPEN?

Churchlady suffered a disk failure in its RAID 5 array.

Temporarily. TSO brought churchlady back to a working state, but will announce further maintenance to fully repair the disk array.
