Inside TSO
The Technology Services Organization (TSO) provides support for the advanced technologies that sustains the College of Computing's programs in academics, research and administration. TSO is led by Interim Director, Mike Luttrell, and is comprised of four groups:
- Enterprise Systems Support - Business systems, web applications
- Help Desk - 10x5 Technical Help
- Academic Program Support - Course support (e.g. instructional labs, servers, classrooms)
- Operations - Critical data center services (e.g. E-mail, DNS, Networking, Information Security)
- Purchasing, Licensing and Asset Management
- Research Programs Support - Research Centers, Groups, Labs, High Performance Computing
