WHAT’S HAPPENING?

The windows file server, AdminFS, became unresponsive after tonight's scheduled Windows server maintenance.

Affected servers: cc-adamawa.cc.gatech.edu

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?

The issue began after a reboot around 5:15pm on June 4, 2024 and is ongoing. 

Update - Restoration of shares was completed at 2:30pm, June 5th, 2024.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

TSO is currently investigating.

Update - Routine system patching caused issues with the underlying operating system on AdminFS. 

WHO IS AFFECTED?

Users of AdminFS.
