While OIT provides support for institute-scale and generalized administrative computing activities (e.g. TechWorks, PeopleSoft, Banner, and much more), TSO provides support for the College of Computing's unique business computing needs through the delivery and support of applications and databases. All administrative computing requests for technical help can be routed to the TSO Help Desk.

Liaison to OIT Enterprise Information Systems
TSO provides a technical advocate for administrative users of Institute administrative systems (e.g. Techworks, PeopleSoft, Banner, etc.), which is useful in the timing and ramifications of system and software upgrades/changes/procedures.
