As reported at http://money.cnn.com/2008/02/11/technology/rimm_blackberry/index.htm?cnn=yes, BlackBerry services went down for the Americas network at 3:20 PM today. During the outage, affected BlackBerry devices could not send or receive email or synchronize with Exchange. Once the outage was repaired, BlackBerry devices began receiving the backlog of email. While service was initially slow, as of 7:40 PM, we test BlackBerry services to have returned to normal. We received no reports of voice or SMS outages.
