Shortly before 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 25, 2008, CC BlackBerry devices lost the ability to send email, although they were still receiving email. This would have affected all CC BlackBerry users. After investigating, it was determined that a service on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server had stopped responding. After it was restarted at 2:30 PM, November 25, CC BlackBerries were again able to send email.
