WHAT HAPPENED?
Sending mail from blackberry devices attached to the CoC Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) instance was discovered to be non-functional at approximately 8:45 AM today, June 18.


WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
June 18, 2010 at 8:45 AM until 10:00 AM.


WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
The sendmail service on the BES hung.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
All CoC users with blackberry devices attached to the CoC BES instance.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes. GTRI restarted the BES instance, which seems to have fixed the issue.
