Update: Service was restored at noon. An administrative password was changed on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Research done beforehand indicated there would be no ramifications from changing the password. However, the change still affected several BlackBerry services. Once the password used for those services was updated and the server was rebooted, BlackBerry services were returned to normal.

At approximately 9:00 this morning, we became aware that email was not being delivered to BlackBerry devices. We are currently investigating and will provide additional information as it becomes available.
