At approximately 4:40 PM on Monday, June 9, 2008, CC BlackBerry services went down. At this time, CC BlackBerries are unable to send or receive email or calendar updates. Phone services are not affected. Appropriate personnel have been notified and are responding. We will post an update when it becomes available.
Update: After a server reboot and troubleshooting failed to solve the outage, a call was placed to RIM technical support at 10:00 PM on June 9. We are currently working with RIM to restore services. Additional information will be posted as it becomes available.
Update: At approximately 1:15 AM on June 10, BlackBerry Services were restored. A review of the logs by RIM did not reveal the cause of the outage. If additional information is discovered, it will be posted here.
