Users attempting to access campus network resources.  Affected services include the following.

Affected services:
campus applications
classroom AMEX
GT websites
GT email
LAWN
reports.gatech


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required at this time.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No. OIT was able to restore most services by 12:15 PM, April 24.  OIT is still working to resolve LAWN issues.

UPDATE:
OIT was able to restore normal campus wired networking by 1:25 PM, April 24.  LAWN was returned to normal operations by 2:55 PM, April 24.  The problem was traced to firewall issues.  OIT is still investigating the underlying cause.
