Users with network traffic crossing the campus border may be affected.  Affected services include:

BuzzMart
Taleo
Vlab
VPN


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required at this time.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No. OIT is working to resolve the issue.

UPDATE:
The network issues were traced a faulty border IPS.  It was removed from service for further testing, and network connectivity was restored to normal as of 12:05 PM, Thursday, October 24, 2013.
