Users attempting to access campus network resources may experience intermittent authentication errors and slow performance or time-outs.  Affected services include the following.

UPDATE:
OIT traced the network issues to very high CPU usage overloading the Rich2-rtr.  They were able to make changes on the router, and network services were returned to normal by 3:10 PM, June 25, 2014.
