WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
The maintenance window is scheduled for 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM on Sunday, May 27, 2018.
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
The upgrade was recommended by the vendor after the network outage experienced on May 22, 2018 (https://status.gatech.edu/incidents/zs036ml2ht4w).
WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of many campus services relying on network connectivity. These services include, but are not limited to, the following:
Email (delayed delivery - no mail lost)
LAWN (eduroam, GTwifi, GTvisitor)
Resnet network connectivity
