It began at 9:45 PM Wednesday January 14 and was resolved by 1:48 AM Thursday January 15.
 
 
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
OIT reported there was a problem with one of the campus routers.
 
 
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Any faculty, staff, or student attempting to connect to or use campus network services, including wireless.
 
 
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.
 
 
HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes.
