From approximately 2:00 PM until 2:30 PM on Tuesday, July 10, 2018.
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
OIT investigated and the issue was traced to a problem with the routing protocol on a device in the Rich data center.
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Network access, lawn connectivity, and access to a variety of OIT services
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required, however, if you are still experiencing connectivity issues, users may need to reboot their desktop.
