UPDATE - The repairs were completed at 11AM and the chilled water pressure and temperature have returned to normal. TSO has begun turning affected servers back on and expect to be back online by 1:30PM - please contact the HelpDesk if any issues occur following this outage. 

WHAT’S HAPPENING?
TSO will be shutting down all research, operational, and instructional servers located in the CCB Data Center (CCB247).

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Tuesday, November 16, 2021, from 8:15 until the repair is complete.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
College of Computing Facilities discovered a chilled water leak in the College of Computing Building and has advised TSO to shut everything down in the Data Center while the necessary repairs are made.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of the affected servers, both visitors and administrators, will experience no availability during this outage.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No other user action is required.
