WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
The issue was first reported at 11:52am, 8/18/2022. The issue was resolved at 5:00pm.

WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
Updates to the ccsamba server and samba tool resulted in issues verifying user credentials. After fixing the configuration, users were able to successfully mount their home directory.

Faculty trying to access their home directories on ccsamba.
