WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
The maintenance window is scheduled for Wednesday, May 10, 2017, from 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
There is a leak in the 10th St chiller system at the intersection of Atlantic Dr and Ferst Dr. In case of problems during the repair, chilled water service may be turned off.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
Occupants of KACB offices and lab space. All academic and research servers located in KACB may be unavailable during the maintenance window, if the chilled water service needs to be shut off.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
KACB occupants should shut down their non-essential systems before leaving for the day on Tuesday, May 9, 2017.

UPDATE: Due to problems with the repair, campus facilities will be shutting off chilled water. TSO staff will monitor the temperature in the KACB data center and will shut down systems as necessary. This notice will be updated as more information becomes available.
UPDATE: The following systems have been shut down due to temperature increase. This affects FileMaker Pro access, door control access requests, keybox access, and the CoC-KACB CrashPlan server.
UPDATE: Chilled water service has been restored. TSO staff powered up the previously mentioned systems, and full operation was restored by 12:30 PM.
