WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Friday, June 16, 2017 from 1:00 PM until approximately 3:00 PM.
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
To increase space efficiency in the data center, several server racks will be swapped for narrower models. This necessitates network disconnection of servers housed in the racks during the move.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
Any users backing up to or restoring from the CCB destinations. Any backups or restores occurring on the KACB destinations are unaffected.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
If restoring files from CCB backup destinations, you should try and complete that work prior to the maintenance window, use KACB backup destinations (if the backups exist there), or wait until services are restored. When service is restored, all scheduled backups should resume.
