CoC faculty and staff Exchange users were unable to connect to Exchange through Outlook or OWA.
WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
Starting at approximately 8:00 PM, Tuesday, July 9, 2013.
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
An Exchange security certificate expired.
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
CoC Faculty and staff Exchange users.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action should be required. Some affected users may need to restart their browser or email client to reconnect.
HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes, GTRI updated the certificate at 6:55 AM, Wednesday, July 10, 2013. Exchange access through both Outlook and OWA should again be available.
