The outage began approximately 10AM Saturday morning, April 12th. Service was restored at approximately 6:30PM that evening.
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
A core router was rebooted and resulted in loss of connectivity.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
CoC Faculty and staff Exchange users.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required. Email arriving during the outage was queued and delivered when connectivity was restored.
