UPDATE: Exchange service for Outlook users has been restored as of 1:50 PM.

WHAT HAPPENED?
CoC faculty and staff Exchange users are unable to connect to Exchange through Outlook.


WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
Since approximately 12:45 PM, Friday, July 31, 2015.


WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
That's being investigated.  UPDATE: GTRI found an issue on one of the front ends for the Exchange service and successfully corrected it.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
CoC Faculty and staff Exchange users.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Affected users should switch to using OWA.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes.
