WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
That's currently being investigated.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
CoC faculty, staff, and students attempting to use networking resources in CCB, KACB, or TSRB or attempting to remotely access machines or services housed in those buildings.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Affected users should switch to use wireless LAWN.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No.  TSO and OIT are working on the issue.

UPDATE:
The CoC network became stable at 3:40 PM, October 27, 2015.  Services continue to come online.  OIT made the decision to roll back the changes made during this morning's maintenance window (see https://support.cc.gatech.edu/alerts/network-maintenance for further details) as they continue to investigate this outage.
