A server in the Samoa cluster was causing the problem.

No user action is required.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes. Samoa15.cc.gatech.edu was temporarily taken off the network, which resolved the slowness. TSO is investigating the cause.
