Georgia Tech is moving to a unified email, calendar, and contacts (ECC) solution under Office 365.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
CoC faculty, staff, and student employees employed by the College.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Prior to the migration, affected users should perform the following steps:
1. Complete the Pre-Migration Checklist at http://emailtransition.gatech.edu/resources.  MyGaTech/Zimbra users are addressed on the first page, while Exchange users should reference the second page.
2. Review your primary email address listed under http://passport.gatech.edu.  This will become your from address in Office 365.  By clicking the Change button next to the address, you may review your available email addresses and select a different primary address, if desired.

After the migration, affected users should perform the steps under the Post-Migration Checklist at http://emailtransition.gatech.edu/resources.
