UPDATE: TSO discovered that the MySQL database was being overloaded by connections from another College of Computing web server.  A configuration change was put in place to allow a greater number of connections and some outdated sites were disabled.  This stabilized the database server.  The main College of Computing website continued to experience issues loading lower level pages.  In order to stabilize the main site (www.cc.gatech.edu), a recent backup was loaded in place.  This stabilized the main site, but is missing the latest content.  All sites were stable as of approximately 6:15 PM, Thursday, July 28, 2016.  TSO continues to work toward updating the site content and restoring full functionality.
