WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

To improve outbound mail delivery service for the ticketing system.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

Users of the ticketing system at help.cc.gatech.edu may be unable to access the site during the maintenance window.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

No action is needed on your part. Help.cc.gatech.edu will return to normal operation upon completion of the maintenance and incoming messages will be processed. No mail will be lost during this time.
