A file system became corrupted, which caused the website to become unresponsive.
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Any user attempting to access www.cc.gatech.edu during the outage window.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.
HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes, TSO quickly identified the problem and restored the file system from backup. The site was operational once again by 2:55 PM.
