The virtual machine (VM) running web database services for the College websites lost access to its storage.

WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
Thursday, November 5th, starting at 9am. Sites are coming back up now, 9:40am.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
TSO was performing maintenance on the storage array for the VM infrastructure.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
All College websites were offline.

No user action is required. TSO is working to restore connectivity.
