WHAT’S HAPPENING?
Some Mac users may see a system prompt about Cortex XDR.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
A configuration change was made at 7:55am, 1/23/24 and is being pushed out via JAMF.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
Palo Alto, the vendor for Cortex XDR, suggested an update to the Cortex XDR configuration profile. You may see prompts related to Cortex as the old configuration profile is removed and a new one installed by JAMF.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
All Mac users may see the prompt as JAMF makes the configuration profile change.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Simply accepting the prompts will suppress the notifications/prompts. If the prompts still appear, a reboot of the computer should resolve the issue.
