The campus CrashPlan backup service will be intermittently unavailable.


WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
On Wednesday, November 12, 2014, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.


WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
OIT will apply important security and bug fixes to the campus CrashPlan backup master servers.


WHO IS AFFECTED?
All users of the campus CrashPlan backup service.  In addition to intermittent unavailability, CrashPlan client software will update following the server patching.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action should be required.
