TSO discovered the issue on Monday, April 20th, and is actively working on a fix.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
Mailing list users who are trying to confirm their subscriptions via email.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
List owners can subscribe users by using the pre-confirm option for new subscriptions.
