TSO is auditing the email domains we are responsible for in preparation for rearchitecting our mail delivery systems for the CoC. We have found some email domains which are not needed and are decommissioning them. Please let us know if you are still using these domains by April 03, 2024.

TSO is rearchitecting our email delivery system to leverage campus-level services better and improve the reliability of sending and receiving emails.

Please let us know if you are still using these domains by April 03, 2024.

Affected services:

Email, particularly receiving mail at the listed domains.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

If you are still using any of the following domains, such as receiving mail at them (for example gburdell3@<listed domain>), please let us know by emailing the Helpdesk.
