At approximately 9:45 PM on Friday, September 12, 2008, TSO received a call to inform us that the CoC Faculty/Staff Zimbra email server, which also provides services as, was unreachable. The Zimbra service was restarted, and the server was again providing email services at 10:20 PM, September 12. Any email received during this time would have been queued and delivered once the server was back online. We are reviewing the logs to determine the cause.
