The maintenance is scheduled to start Saturday, April 22 at 10:00 AM until Monday, April 24, 2017 at 7:00 AM.
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
The EMS is being upgraded to the newest version.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
Anyone attempting to access EMS during the maintenance window.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Be prepared for service interruption during the maintenance window. Customers reserving space will continue to use the same URL (https://www.gtevents.gatech.edu/virtualems/). Space managers will need new client software and should contact the CoC help desk (firstname.lastname@example.org) to arrange installation.
