WHAT HAPPENED?

Authentication attempts failed while trying to connect to the GTRI Exchange server.

WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?

It occurred between approximately 7:30 PM and 11:00 PM on Tuesday April 7, 2015.

WHY DID IT HAPPEN?

GTRI reported that one of the Domain Controllers hung, which caused authentication attempts to fail.  A reboot resolved the issue.

WHO WAS AFFECTED?

College of Computing faculty and staff using GTRI Exchange mail services.
