Since approximately 8:00 AM, Saturday, March 28, 2009, CoC Exchange and BlackBerry services have been unavailable. We are currently looking into the problem. This affects CoC faculty and staff who use Exchange for their email resources or have a CoC-issued BlackBerry. Email will be queued and delivered once services have been restored. This outage affects email, calendaring, and contacts on CoC-issued BlackBerries but does not affect phone services.
Update: The issue was traced to a log file that had grown out of control, taking up all available disk space. The issue was corrected, and Exchange and BlackBerry services were once again available at 11:35 AM, March 28.
