At approximately 10:00 PM, Saturday, April 11, 2009, IMAP access to Exchange email services became unavailable. This would have affected any CoC faculty and staff whose email client was configured to use IMAP to access email on Exchange. IMAP service was restored and tested as working at 3:20 PM, April 12.

Update: After investigating the issue, it was determined that the service actually failed at 2:00 AM, April 11. The monitoring systems in place did not send out alerts regarding the failure. That is being looked into and will be corrected.
