WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
A GTRI network switch was offline.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
CoC faculty and staff Exchange users.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action should be required.  Some affected users whose mail clients don't automatically reconnect may need to restart their mail clients.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes, the switch was rebooted and was again providing services by 7:25 AM, February 11.
