WHAT HAPPENED?
The CoC Exchange email service was briefly unavailable to some clients.


WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
On Thursday, May 20, 2010, between approximately 2:30 PM and 2:45 PM.


WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
A GTRI domain controller was being rebooted, which caused some clients to be unable to authenticate to the Exchange server.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Some CoC Exchange users.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action should be required. If affected users' email clients don't reconnect to Exchange on their own, they may need to be manually reconnected.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes.
