The GTRI firewall temporarily lost connectivity to the campus.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
CoC faculty and staff who use Exchange email or calendaring services and those with a CoC-issued BlackBerry.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes. Service was restored at approximately 1:30 PM, January 5, 2010.
